A full-home refresh for a client who wanted her space to feel like an extension of her happy place—Hawaii—while still functioning beautifully for real family life (and a very active dog rescue!). We leaned into durable, easy-living choices like concrete floors, then layered in warmth through natural textures and playful, tropical-leaning moments that nodded to favorite hotels and travels. The result is a home that feels personal and lived-in: practical where it needed to be, expressive where it could be, and designed around the way this family actually moves through their days.
