A large property refresh focused on creating a sequence of outdoor “moments”—places to gather, lounge, and linger—without making the grounds feel newly built or over-designed. Working with Garden Studio on the overall landscape and construction plan, the styling layered in vintage vessels, collected accessories, and simple vignettes that make the home feel welcoming from the moment you arrive (including a six-foot vintage birdhouse that became a signature entry detail). The result is relaxed outdoor living that feels established, comfortable, and meant to be used.
